Great for supporting the lower back, abdomen and uterus. Recommended for anyone with back pain, menstrual symptoms or to ease pregnancy posture. It's soft and comfortable to wear all day and night. My tip is to buy 3, so you always have a clean one to hand.

Epsom Salts

Bath in 2 cupfuls of epsom salts to relax tight or sore muscles, reduce stress and encourage good sleep.

Yoga Toes

These are great to stretch out the toes at the end of a long day. Wear them for 15-20 mins at first whilst you relax, and you can eventually get used to wearing them indoors.
